The location, beach, plenty of sunbeds, and sea view are all great, but the staff are the real highlight—extremely friendly and helpful. We had to ask for a double curtain because otherwise it was too bright for sleeping, and the night light was also very bright.

The hotel sits at the end of a quiet street, which is great, and the staff are extremely friendly; free beach chairs are provided. However, some minor issues that most people might overlook could be improved at this price point: a cracked sink in the bathroom was patched with silicone caulk, the metal balcony chairs are rusted in spots and leave stains on clothes and towels, and the dining room chairs need their wooden parts repainted.

The staff were great and very helpful, and the room was clean—nothing negative to report about either. Out of all the hotels in this area, this one is by far the best. The food wasn’t great; there was only Buffy and when I asked for the à la carte menu on one night, it was only pork, and I was told I couldn’t order from it. Breakfast was fine, but because I hurt my knee I couldn’t eat out. This area isn’t the type I’d normally go to, so maybe it’s a bit hard. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean, and the staff excellent, just not my usual type of place. I flew out to check on my daughter while I was working there (not in the hotel). They gave us an upgrade, which was very nice. I can’t really say much about the food since I’ve never stayed in this type of hotel, but as I said, out of all the hotels in this area, I would choose this one.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and approachable 🙂 Our room was lovely with a shared pool; when you opened your door you saw big sunbeds hanging over the pool. The food was amazing with great selections and choices, and there was everyday entertainment. We stayed for four nights, and the beach is literally on the hotel’s doorstep, which was fab. They also offered an upgrade to all inclusive for food, drinks, ice creams, which we thought was amazing value. All in all we highly rate the hotel and staff, so thank you ❤️
