The staff, especially Said and his young colleague, were very welcoming; this is the third time we stay at this small hotel and each time the reception is warm; we also appreciate the quiet and the option to have our laundry cleaned at reasonable prices.

I really liked the stay at Seven Stays; it’s a classy, clean place and all the staff are very respectful and tasteful. Special thanks to Mr. Mohsen, reception staff Ahmed, Shahad, and Kareem, who are always smiling and help us from the heart. Housekeeping staff Mohamed, Sarah, and Eiman always ask if we need anything and are always smiling; the room cleanliness is excellent. I truly recommend anyone to stay at this peaceful, beautiful spot. The location is also great, close to all the lively places in Sheikh Zayed, and we will definitely return to Seven Stays. Everything we liked.

I was really disappointed with my stay because the room I received was far from what the photos showed. The floor looked clean but my feet literally stuck to it, probably due to a sticky cleaning product residue. The windows were very dirty, dust covered everything—including the coffee table next to the cups and kettle, and even the toilet. Paint traces from the renovation were still visible. The “wardrobe” was just a set of shelves, so there was no place to hang long dresses or other clothes properly. The bed linen had pills and stains that seemed impossible to wash out, and the towels were another issue: the first room only had a small towel and a foot towel—no proper bath towel, and there was no bathrobe as shown in the photos. The toiletries were cheap, with colored soap, and all snacks and juices were charged separately, unlike many other hotels where they’re included. I was only given two small bottles of water upon arrival; if you stay more than one day you’ll have to buy your own water from a supermarket. The Wi‑Fi was extremely slow, barely usable and couldn’t even stream YouTube videos at the lowest quality. After I complained, the hotel changed my room and the second one was cleaner, but I was still very dissatisfied overall. For the same price, I’ve stayed at a nearby hotel where the cleanliness, room quality, and service were much better, so I cannot recommend this hotel.
