“Zadawalający”

No contact with the owner. Despite sending messages asking if we could check in the next evening, we received no reply. No info on how to get to the room. No one was on site, and no one answered the phone. Luckily the building doors were open, so we entered. We found a key on the door and guessed it was ours. Then the owner called and started sending instructions on how to enter the building.

I miei genitori hanno soggiornato in questa struttura e ritengo che sarebbe opportuno correggere le informazioni relative all’orario del check-in: viene indicato alle 8:00, mentre in realtà è possibile effettuarlo solo dalle 15:00. Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli prima dell’arrivo perché non è presente nessuno in struttura. I miei genitori li hanno comunque lasciati. È stata gentile la signora che ha risposto al telefono e che, una volta arrivata in struttura, ha provveduto a portarli all’interno. La posizione è centrale, ma la struttura non è del tutto accogliente. Inoltre, la televisione non funzionava. Nel complesso, sarebbe importante migliorare la gestione del check-in e del deposito bagagli, oltre a prestare maggiore attenzione al funzionamento dei servizi offerti

The bed was genuinely comfortable and wide, but the place wasn't very clean and the shower was cramped with mold; the proximity to the old town was great.

“Posizione ottima”

The location was ideal for spotting Bari vecchia and the seaside, just 5 minutes from shops for those interested, and the night was quiet with no noise. The kettle was fine and the breakfast at a nearby bar came with a voucher, and the room was clean. However, the balcony that was supposed to face the garden turned out to be a small street-facing balcony. The bathroom needs attention, especially the shower and the outer edge of the floor are in critical condition. The sink (new compared to the booking photo) sits on a very high counter, so a person almost 1.70 m tall had to lift their feet to wash their face. The mattress is worn out and definitely needs replacement. We had to reprogram the TV from scratch because it wasn't connected to the line. The lady who welcomed us (I’m not sure if she was the owner) was not very friendly but still courteous. The place was clean, but the bathroom was a shame with heavily worn finishes.

“Posizione favorevole ma comfort inadeguato.”

The location was extremely central and very convenient, and the breakfast was adequate. The downside was the mosquitoes, the building felt old, the furnishings were low quality, and the sheets were terrible.
