The place had a great location, a nice pool, a sauna, and the rooms were very clean, modern, and beautiful; the breakfast had a decent variety, good quality products, and something for everyone, though the selection was limited. However, after nine days there were no fresh sheets on the bed.

Breakfast was perfect with a wide selection; everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could have settled with a smaller apartment for our three children instead of a suite; three extra beds would have sufficed, but that’s not a criticism.

The breakfast was delicious and the view lovely, but the room fell short because the rain shower and sink in the bathroom were broken and the fridge didn’t work.

The Joker Card includes an outdoor pool, whirlpool, gym, and sauna (though the sauna isn’t running continuously); the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the Junior‑Suite came with a fridge, capsule machine, toaster, kettle, and dishes. The room was tight—there was barely space between the bed and wardrobe—and the bathroom was especially cramped; when the door was closed, the washbasin cabinet drawers couldn’t be fully opened, and there were no shelves besides the wardrobe.

The whole experience was fantastic, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the lovely room. The on‑site pizzeria was great, and the chef gave us excellent bike‑riding and hiking tips. We also enjoyed the impressive wellness area and the outdoor pool, plus the pizza, Aperol and the ice‑cream counter were superb 😅 – everything really clicked, especially with the Joker Card included ☀️. Huge thanks to Gregor and Anita from Ingolstadt ☀️☀️
