A beautiful spot high on a mountain with reasonably priced rooms and friendly staff, but the noise from the road below was quite loud and at 5 am a reverberating priest’s call for prayer echoed through the valley for almost an hour, which was not enjoyable.

Great spot for the Mandalika circuit, just a 15‑minute walk to the main gate; the building is rundown, the staff are nice but seem to lack leadership. Over four nights the room was untouched, bins weren’t emptied, and there was no hot water. I appreciate the road gets busier because of MotoGP, but the road noise was terrible day and night. The outdoor areas offer great views.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The air‑conditioning in our room wasn’t working, but as soon as we reported it, they called a technician and within a few hours everything was back to normal! Breakfast is simple but very well‑made and tasty; you can choose between omelette or banana pancake, served with delicious toast, plus coffee or tea. The coffee, by the way, was great! The hotel also offers scooter rentals, and we rented one without any difficulty—it was very convenient for exploring the area. The location is excellent, especially for those planning to visit the Mandalika Circuit, as the race track is reachable on foot. The street is very noisy, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, they serve breakfast on the terrace with a sea view! They offer laundry service. The room and the property are really nice and well maintained, with free parking included. Unfortunately, the wide road right in front creates a big echo, and the walls are very thin, so you hear everything happening around day and night and we couldn’t sleep well.

The staff were very lovely and accommodating! They carried our bags up all the stairs and also helped us drive them into town after we left. We had our own balcony with an amazing view. The shower temperature was a bit odd but nothing too bad.
