The room was tidy and the shared kitchen facilities were comfortable. The location was close to the station and tourist spots, and there were many restaurants and supermarkets around. Basically, on weekends no one was in the hotel and entry and exit were only by key card. I checked in on Saturday, so I had to coordinate the check‑in method via WhatsApp, but the communication was often delayed and confusing. Honestly, I might not recommend this place to Asians.

I liked the area of the property a lot, being close to the central station and just a short walk from Milan’s city centre. The room, though tiny and compact, was fully equipped, even offering new toothbrushes in case of need or forgetfulness. I didn’t like that the reception closed at a certain time, so if there were unexpected delays or train lateness, you had to rush to check‑in. Also, I didn’t appreciate that the tourist tax could only be paid in cash.

There were people who greeted you at check‑in, but the mini‑fridge had an odor.

The place is very comfortable, the metro is about three blocks away, which makes getting around easy, and there’s a Carrefour one block away. Walking from the train station takes about 15 minutes. Everything was great.

My stay was perfect! The room was clean, the bed and shower were wonderful! The staff were super polite and attentive, and the location was great.
