Delicious little villa in the Finocchio area of Rome, spacious (three rooms and two bathrooms), a large lounge and two nice terraces for dining on the ground floor; the metro is a minute away with various bars, a supermarket and pizzerias right there. Parking in the garden is included in the price. The owner is very friendly and super helpful, though it’s a bit far from central Rome and the C metro line has few runs.

A huge, comfy villa with a veranda and garden to unwind after Rome tours; it’s a few steps from the metro but the Colosseum is about a 40‑minute ride away. Spotless cleaning, roomy rooms each with a balcony and ultra‑comfortable beds. The host was exceptional, offering advice on everything we needed. Value for money was excellent. Nothing to complain about.
