“Traumatic”
Nothing good at all—everything was filthy, it smelled like urine, and it felt unsafe.
“Disgraceful.”
Nothing good; the room was dirty, water‑damaged with mould and a damp patch on the ceiling, the walls were filthy and disgusting, and when we arrived we were sent to a sister hotel we hadn’t booked, just around the corner.
“Very spacious and clean”
The staff were lovely and friendly.
“Great value for money”
The spot is perfect and you get good value; no issues.
Nothing good; they forced us to walk 15 minutes to another hotel because they had no rooms.
