The key gave us free access to the lobby at any time, which was handy. But the room was in the basement next to a noisy stream, the fridge wasn't plugged in, a cockroach trap was under the bed, the toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up, and the room wasn't cleaned during the day. At check‑out there was no staff around.

The corridor and room smelled awful, with hair everywhere and no shower supplies. The toilet seat and shower head were broken. We paid extra for breakfast, but they only served bread, butter, and jam.
