The spot’s great—close to the city centre and easy to reach by bus or metro, perfect for sightseeing. The flat sits on a quiet local street, giving us a calm stay. The kitchen on level –1 comes with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, plates, and cutlery. The living room is on level +1, and the rooms with bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors are clean, spacious, and have comfortable beds and towels. Check‑in was smooth. We ran into a lock issue, but Maya handled it efficiently and got us into the house. We could only contact the team via WhatsApp text, no voice call, which would have sped things up.

We found it a solid choice for a large group like ours, with comfy rooms and bathrooms that far outshine typical London standards. I would have liked a physical, printed house manual available in the unit. The temperature controls for the various rooms are centralized but a bit clunky.

Everything was spotless, the three separate showers and beds were comfortable, and the location was safe, quiet, and secure. The downside was the lack of an elevator, and the kitchen utensils didn’t fit well for a family guest.

The place was clean, responsive, and the location was great. Some neighbors were a bit noisy.
