“Хубаво е”
The location is great, with plenty of space for guests and a calm atmosphere. It’s nice that there’s a separate kids’ area, outdoor showers, and changing rooms. The pool isn’t heated, but the water temperature was pleasantly cool. The staff are young and responsive, and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant’s menu isn’t huge, but there’s enough variety, and the prices are reasonable. The pool has minor maintenance issues—no broken tiles, but it could be a bit better maintained. The same goes for the bathroom, which is large and apparently clean but feels slightly worn. We’re not picky, and overall it met our price‑quality expectations. The biggest downside was that I had booked three double rooms and two triple rooms over the phone, paying a deposit. At the hotel they assigned us two double rooms and three triple rooms; I thought it was a courtesy, but I ended up paying the difference for the one triple room I hadn’t actually booked. This happened even though we were the only guests in the complex, so it was more about their judgment than a lack of rooms.
