The location was good, but the pool and hot tub were closed, the phone didn’t work, the heat and AC wouldn’t turn on, the TV was broken, and the shower head was broken; I even called management to report these issues before checking out.

Overall everything was excellent: the bed, the breakfast, the area were exactly what I expected from Hampton Inn. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and I didn’t know they were remodelling, but there was no noise or dust.

The hotel was under renovation, but our room felt nice and comfortable, and the coffee and breakfast were good. The only downside was that our room ran out of shampoo and body wash, so we had to use some travel‑size bottles we brought.

Breakfast was good and the room was spacious. However, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived, so I waited 15 minutes for someone. I carried all my belongings to the third‑floor room only to find the key didn’t work, forcing me to go back down with my stuff to get another key, which took an additional 5 minutes. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but there was no indication of this when I booked.
