The staff were very kind, but a piece of furniture was missing—no spot to put the toiletry bag in the bathroom. Since it was a disabled bathroom (which we didn’t need), water splashed almost everywhere after the shower. The windows don’t swing open, the air‑conditioner was extremely loud, so we turned it off and opened a window. The ground floor was not very impressive.

I had a disabled room with a perfect bathroom, but the shower head was too high for a wheelchair user and should be adjusted for those people.
