How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The location is fine, but the staff said I had already paid and yet I was asked to pay again; after checking the order they confirmed payment, yet I went back to my room and found my credit card was charged again. The front desk didn’t inform me and I had to call the bank myself. I wonder if the hotel would have handled it differently if I hadn’t called, and I’m worried about the risk of my card being charged again if I book through the same platform.

The environment is relaxed, the sea view is great, and breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast is thoughtfully prepared and the surroundings are clean and comfortable, but it would be better if every room had a washing machine like Japanese hotels.

The room offered a beautiful sea view and a balcony where I could sip coffee as the morning light poured in; the Bluetooth speaker made listening to music a pleasure. Parking in the courtyard was convenient. However, the soundproofing was lacking, so I could hear guests in the adjacent room moving luggage and furniture, and the rates felt a bit steep. Breakfast was vegetarian and lacked eggs and milk.
