Saipan is generally in decline or just starting to recover after a devastating crisis; this is the only property still operating and the area around it has literally fallen into ruins, yet it somehow keeps going. The bathroom needs a makeover, and the restaurant staff aren’t very good in English.

The staff were exceptional and welcoming, check‑in was quick and hassle‑free. We loved everything, just wish the beds were bigger!
