The host was very nice and the garden with pool is simply a beautiful spot, but the outdoor area (grill‑pool seating) would be wonderful if everything were better maintained and broken chairs and such were replaced.

Everything was wonderful and the garden has many play options and a pizza oven, nothing to complain about.

We arrived at the property and could park right in front of the house. The building is a protected monument made of natural stone, lovingly restored with great interiors. The kitchen is small but nice, the capsule coffee machine is Massimiano’s, and the gas stove is brand new. We stayed in a small apartment that already had two bedrooms. We were warmly welcomed, Massimiliano then showed us the grounds with a pool, Jacuzzi, grill station, and pizza oven. The grounds are very large, there are also two pavilions where you can eat. Several activities are possible on the grounds (football, archery, basketball, all for household use). Staying with Massimiliano was very enjoyable because he also had great tips for sightseeing and restaurant visits (the nearby pizzeria is amazing!). The surrounding area is great (classic Tuscany), motorcycle riders are fully satisfied! (We were there by car this time). Best regards to Massimiliano, we look forward to a quick reunion.

The host Massimiliano was incredibly kind and attentive—rare to find such an engaged host. One day he brought us homemade tiramisu, the next day pizza. The place was well furnished, even featuring a coffee machine with Lavazza capsules. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and more. The outdoor area was great, complete with a pool and grill options. The only downside was that the apartment lacked a balcony or terrace, something not mentioned in the description.

The Tuscan surroundings are preserved with authenticity; I recommend staying here—a wonderful spot for relaxation with friendly, family‑like hosts.
