The place felt generally pleasant and its spot made getting around a breeze, but the dining area service lagged—food took almost an hour to arrive, which was a let‑down. Room service, on the other hand, was quicker and overall better. I booked a self‑contained two‑bedroom apartment with a pool room, expecting a washing machine, yet none was present. The second bathroom’s shower had terrible water pressure, and breakfast choices were too narrow to satisfy. I’d have liked to dine in the main restaurant instead of in our room, so the long wait times there were especially annoying.
