The hotel was nicely decorated, clean, and close to Zakopane’s center; the free coffee was a pleasant touch in this city, and the breakfast was very good with friendly staff. However, the hotel’s check‑in times are getting shorter (not just here) and there’s little room to leave a car after check‑out.

I really liked the room; it was very spacious with plenty of pillows, and the beds were very comfortable, plus there were water bottles waiting. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

The mattresses were incredibly comfortable—best I've had on any trip so far. Breakfast was very varied; the warm orange pancakes with coffee were a highlight.
