“Disappointed”

Cleanliness was missing, bedsheets were dirty, washrooms were dirty—overall a horrible experience, will never recommend this hotel.

“Please avoid staying in this hotel”

The hotel sits 100 meters from Godowliya chowk, directly opposite Kashi chat Bhandar; rooms are shabby, too small, poorly maintained, staff are scarce and no effort is made to clean them, bedsheets are stained and the rates are exorbitantly high.

Location is average, but the room does not match the photos.

Close to the temple and ghats, yet the management is money‑minded, very strict about checkout, won't allow even one hour extension, and charges a large extra fee for additional hours—this is not good.
