Nadia is fantastic—never had a more accommodating host! The apartment is comfortable, spotless, and beautiful. Breakfast is wonderful and usually too much for two people, but Nadia makes it fresh daily, so we ate more than we normally would. My husband has celiac disease, and Nadia prepared gluten‑free options for him. One day we struggled to get a taxi (taxis in Bologna aren’t reliable, lesson learned), so Nadia drove us to the airport to pick up our rental car. The place is conveniently located; we could walk everywhere inside the walled part of the city. If you rent a car, there’s a cheap parking lot 10 minutes away for €12 per day. Nadia lives in the space, so she walks through the living area when coming and going, but she’s so respectful you might forget she’s there. If you’re heading to Bologna, this is a great spot; I’d definitely recommend it! The only minor gripe: the toilet is ridiculously narrow—never seen one like it before.
