How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was convenient, but the price was inflated, especially after seeing the room details. The bathroom needs repair, the door handle isn’t tightened. The cleaner comes at 8 am while guests are still resting, and parking is limited.

Everything was great: the room was clean, the bathroom was spacious and convenient, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were polite, the location was good, and the room was clean. The only issue was that hot water started to flow a few minutes late.

Clean, convenient and very personable staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant. I felt very safe here.

The location was perfect in the city centre, the staff were friendly, the furniture was new, and the room was tidy. Parking was available next to the hotel, but I couldn’t book it in advance. The breakfasts were pricey; in Vienna a breakfast for two at a comparable class hotel cost as much as one here.
