“Che bello!”
The place was gorgeous, and Annalisa, the host, was efficient and friendly. The only downside was that there was just one shared bathroom on the floor below.
“Da ritornare”
The family‑run property sits in a suburban area of the Bolognese countryside and is easy to get to. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and there were no negatives.
“Il Gelso BnB”
Annalisa is a very welcoming, helpful host who is never intrusive. We also run a business in Canossa and have evaluated her both as a host and as a guest, and we are absolutely satisfied. The BnB is tastefully furnished, simple, cozy, and spotless. The pool is a great added value, especially at night under the lights and starry sky. You can also relax with a game of air‑hockey or ping‑pong in the green, very quiet setting. The night is silent, which many of us are no longer used to. Regarding breakfast, Annalisa treated us to an excellent coffee reminiscent of old times, a truly special crostata, and a delicious pizza. We had a chance to chat at breakfast, and it was absolutely pleasant. I thank Annalisa and my family for her hospitality and kindness and recommend her highly to anyone wanting to stay in San Pietro in Casale. Thank you!
“Tranquillità fra Bologna e Ferrara”
The location was quiet and tucked away from the street, and the spaces—both inside and outside—were all available to guests. Each room had a private bathroom, though they weren't directly connected. The breakfast featured fresh products, and public transport was hard to reach.
A fantastic, relaxed spot just 4 km from the Bologna motorway. The host was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The garden overlooking the pool offered a nice extra break. I had booked a room with a private bathroom, but the bathroom was actually in the hallway and we had to leave the room—such a small but definite minus!
