“Aufgrund des Vorfalls würden wir dieses Hotel nicht wieder Buchen”

The breakfast and the park service were good. We had booked a table at the hotel restaurant, but we were mistaken for other guests who had ordered a 5‑course menu. Two drinks worth €20 were served to us without asking, and even after the mistake they were charged for them. After complaining, we were promised a refund – yet three months later, after several emails, nothing has happened. Our messages are no longer even answered. This behaviour is simply rude and disappointing. Because of this, we would not book this hotel again.

Breakfast was good and the view was unique. The pool was acceptable but dirty. The fitness room had ancient equipment, was dangerous and should be locked. Reception was very distant and cold. The room was shabby, the carpet needed replacing, and several door handles were no longer functional.

My second stay, just like last year, featured astonishing cuisine, very attentive staff, clean cosy and very comfortable rooms, and I secured a prime parking spot for my car.

“All in all, an excellent stay. The staff were competent as well as friendly.”

We didn’t have breakfast, but lunch was really good. They offered some vegetarian options. The vegetarian selection could have been broader.
