How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We really enjoyed our stay; the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The free ski depot right off the gondola was a handy perk. The hotel sits in a great central spot, but you have to climb a steep hill and after the evening apres‑ski the bus service stops.

This little spot feels like a hidden gem, run by courteous staff. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable, perched on the hill with fantastic mountain views.

Everything was spot‑on: a fantastic breakfast and a short walk to the centre. The return trek is a bit uphill but manageable, and we loved the free ski storage at the Gigijoch gondola.

The hotel feels dated – the Wi‑Fi was painfully slow, the TV was tiny, and the parking lot stayed covered in snow for days, making it slippery. Overall the facilities need an upgrade.

Our room was both functional and stylish, and the breakfasts used top‑quality ingredients. The view of the mountains was stunning, and everything was clean and comfortable – we’ll definitely be back.
