“It was worth the price.”
The pool was really nice, yet the door lock was confusing and I couldn’t understand the design choice, plus the water pressure was terrible.

The apartment’s location and spaciousness were fantastic, but the odor inside left all my clothes smelling musty when I left.

The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having apartment amenities like a kitchen and ironing board; the location was convenient for reaching Music City Center for my work conference, though the surrounding area isn’t very pleasant to walk around and lacks nearby attractions. The pool and gym were great! The check‑in process was horrendous, with long waits because the self‑service counters didn’t work. I had requested to stay in the same room across two separate bookings (work and personal), but was forced to move, which was extremely inconvenient as I had to rush to check out and then wait until 4 pm to check back in. I was promised a $30 credit for the trouble, but it never materialized.

All self service check in and out. Good location- walking distance to everything. Clean, pool was nice. I liked the Icecream shop downstairs and the fact you could buy snacks in the hotel. Room was cosy and big. Laundry in room. Events on by the pool- live music and snack and drink table for guests. The only thing was some of the lamps had blown bulbs or none at all and price

I didn’t experience the hotel because I had to leave early the first morning; the hotel’s standard was so poor that I switched hotels after one night. Reception offered very little help, and the facilities were inadequate.
