This place has personality and charm, and the staff are great. The location is excellent. The only downside was that coffee wasn’t available downstairs until 7:30 on a Tuesday morning.

The ambience felt like classic New Orleans with an industrial vibe, and the spot was perfect for me—slightly off the beaten path but close enough to everything so I didn’t feel left out. The complimentary bicycles were a great bonus, and the staff were friendly in a genuinely welcoming way. The elevators were problematic, sometimes feeling stuck between floors because they moved too slowly from one floor to the next. The ceiling fan was obnoxiously loud at any speed and got louder the higher the speed, but the rooms were too warm to not use it. The lack of real windows was a bit sad because there was no natural light, making it hard to tell the time of day, and looking out of the room’s window let you see slightly into another room.

The ice machine was dirty , I saw spiders and bugs come out of it when trying to get ice . They also isn’t have access to get any water
