The staff were good, the location convenient, and the bed comfortable—suitable for a 1‑2 night stay if you’re just passing through. The toilet seat lid was broken, there was no iron in the room (I had to ask for one), the plugs were old, and breakfast offered very few options.

This hotel was excellent, welcoming, with spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the front desk (I remember Rami Alhasan). The facilities were well maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended; the location is amazing.

I had a terrible experience overall. The staff were unprofessional and everything went wrong. The bathroom door wouldn’t open or close properly, and when I asked for it to be fixed or for a replacement room, I got no response. On the first day I asked for a mattress replacement like in a professional hotel, and after 12 hours I was back with the same mattress. They also took the bed sheet and I had to wait four hours for a new one. Breakfast was awful—there was a strong oil smell and the food wasn’t prepared correctly. I wouldn’t recommend it, except for the fresh vegetables at breakfast.
