The breakfast and half‑board we added were excellent, but the wellness area disappointed us because swimwear was required and it wasn’t clear if you could be naked; the jacuzzi cost an extra €7 and the infrared sauna didn’t work properly.

The location, food, staff, and pool were great, but the room faced a very noisy street.

The room update was helpful because the bed was higher, which matters for me as a disabled person; however, the staircase to the restaurant should have been wheelchair‑accessible, so we had to use the terrace instead, and the swimming pools were also only reachable by stairs, though we were lucky not to have rain.

The breakfast was decent, though the dinner menu was a bit limited; we slept on the third floor and it was sweltering despite two fans and the balcony door being open, making it impossible to rest, and the outdoor pool was dirty—staff were busy but couldn’t get it clean—while the indoor pool was fine.
