As a solo traveler I found it wonderful, safe, and comfortable. The service quality matches the price. If you’re only staying to sleep and explore the city, it’s just right. What could improve are the shower and toilet facilities, which are a bit uncomfortable but manageable.

I liked the style, the price and the fact that it’s close to attractions. The jacuzzi is big and has a nice view next to it. I’d come back if they fix the massage pressure and make sure the water flows properly. The water pressure in the jacuzzi and shower is mostly cold or barely warm, the massage jets barely work, and the hair dryer is almost useless. There’s no wardrobe or shelf, and overall the cleaning could be better. I’d also appreciate better staff attentiveness and a functioning in‑room intercom instead of having to rely on WhatsApp.

The location is good and the staff are very pleasant; everyone was always friendly and attentive, so I was very satisfied with the overall service. The breakfast was not very varied; I would have liked more than just slices of cheese and ham or at least a different type of bread.

The location is great, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. The shower is comfortably warm. The breakfast was very weak; even though I knew it was a simple place before arriving, I expected a slightly better spread.

The proximity to the Faculty of Law was a plus, yet the third‑floor room had no stairs, no chair, no coat rack, no desk, no nightlights, only ceiling or white wall lights, basic facilities, a shower without a grate, no shampoo refills, just one hand towel for two guests, cleaning only on request and poorly done, a meager breakfast that fell short as the day progressed, front desk staff rarely answered greetings, the kitchen staff was friendly and helpful, but I would not return.
