The location is ideal, just a short walk from the singing fountain. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, with mimosas and a barista for coffee. The hotel welcomes pets and even offered welcome snacks for our dogs. Everything was liked.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of dishes and nothing missing, set in a beautiful environment. The hotel is located in the heart of the spa area, everything accessible within seconds. The building is stunning, an Art Nouveau masterpiece. I already know where I’ll go for my next spa trip.

The breakfast buffet is very large and very tasty. The pool/spa staff shouted at me because I tried to dry my hotel slippers in the drying machine meant for bathing clothes. They were so soaked that I thought I could dry them there. They were hotel slippers, not street shoes. He could have simply told me it wasn’t allowed, but yelling and confronting me is unacceptable. I pay for relaxation, not for my holiday to be ruined. The weekend was ruined, and I would have preferred to go home.

The location is wonderful, right in the center. The rooms are large and spacious. The food is fairly good, with the option to take snacks to go. The staff is friendly. The small windows on the top floor are a drawback, and the jacuzzi was broken.
