The place sits beautifully, close enough to Plav yet far enough to feel surrounded by nature. The hosts were extremely friendly and let us park our car on their property while we hiked the Balkan peaks. The little wooden houses are cozy and comfortable, and the silence makes it ideal for light sleepers.

We arrived at this place by chance because two days before we were canceled from the reservation we had months in advance (Triangle Woodhouse), and what looked like a hassle turned into a great luck. The accommodation is very close to Plav (3 km) but in the countryside, in a beautiful setting. The food is fantastic and the family is very kind and welcoming; Mithat speaks English and is very attentive—an absolute charm.
