“Ok”
The location was good, but the family room was downgraded to a room with beds.
We really appreciated the owner’s kindness and his help with arranging tours around Can Tho; thanks a lot to him. The spot is also great for heading to the floating market, and you can book a guided tour at very attractive rates. If you’re sensitive to noise, the AC units and the proximity to the docks can be a bit annoying, but not deal‑breaking.
The staff were very friendly.
“Hotel peu cher et pratique, bien pour une nuit”
The hotel sits right in the center, close to the river and the market. It is under renovation, so there isn’t really a reception; the girls from the nearby Durian shop greet us instead. The cleaning is lacking, and the blanket on the bed is too small.
Everything was perfect! The host is exceptional, loves sharing and learning, and introduced us to his native region. It was a huge pleasure to go on excursions with him. The hardest part was parting ways at the end of the trip. I recommend him 1000 percent. All we want is to return to his home and explore that beautiful area again. If you love nature, go there with your eyes closed. The only downside is not staying longer and getting a slap between the Delta vibe and Saigon’s contrast.
