The spot is great, right on the beach and close to Walking Street, but the rooms turned out far more basic than we imagined; the pictures on the website look much better than reality. We were two adults with an extra bed for a child, and the space was cramped—I'd advise against it. The bathroom was also very plain. I expected more for what we paid; it wasn't cheap, but I understand it was high season.

Directly on the sea, the location is good, the sea is quiet and beautiful, no waves.

Koh Lipe! The rooms are simple and functional, but I didn't need more. I was a bit surprised that the standard room has no air‑conditioning, but I found I didn't really need it. There were many mosquitoes, so protection is essential.
