The team was welcoming, friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfy, and the breakfast offered a wide range of tasty options. The location is ideal for ferry riders, with Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal just a short walk away, and free shuttle pickups and drop‑offs are available. Communication was easy, and the hotel’s luggage storage let us leave our bags safely while we ordered Grab food; the staff kindly handled the order for us. Nothing major was missing, so overall we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

“I would say it’s good to perfect but ofc there is still something that needs to be improved.”

I liked how central it was and how close the ferry terminal was. Breakfast was nice, and housekeeping changed towels almost every day, which kept things clean. The drain got clogged, but my husband fixed it. The bed was too large for the studio, yet still comfortable. I lost my deposit receipt; the receptionist spent a long time searching our bags before saying it was fine to use the passport instead. She could have told us that earlier instead of making us search for a long time.

“Excellent!”

Everything was perfect: location, staff, cleanliness, room, and breakfast. The only downside was that we only had one iron, so we had to wait our turn and could only use it for an hour.
