Breakfast was quite complete, but we were confused about the start time; some staff said it began at 6 am, yet when we went to eat we were told it started at 6:30 am.

The beds were very comfortable and the shower had a full curtain—truly a luxury in the area. Everything could have been cleaner, and we missed having plant‑based drinks at breakfast even though we had requested them months before booking.

The staff were very friendly and well‑prepared, both the reception girls and the man who helped with luggage, and they suggested several places to eat—definitely the best part of our stay. The location is outside the city center and to reach the French Quarter one must cross a very busy road that is almost a highway, which was a hassle each time. We also did not like the breakfast; the selection was limited and low quality. The pool was nice but nothing special.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially with the staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied, and we also had our laundry washed during our visit.
