“Excellent, quaint housestay near Alleppey”
The house felt very rustic and charming, surrounded by lush nature, and the host Jakob and the housekeeper were extremely helpful and kind. The toilet didn’t flush well, which might be a challenge in such old homes; it’s a very minor flaw in an otherwise excellent stay.
An absolutely beautiful homestay in the most serene setting my partner and I have ever experienced. Jacob and his team are delightful; the room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, and all the food we had there was amazing—some of the best we’ve had in India. We loved our time there—don’t hesitate to book.

We spent three pleasant days at Jacob’s homestay. Located away from the village, the property is very peaceful, in the countryside and beside a rarely visited canal. Jacob is very attentive and offers activities and meals on request. Nothing to add.
