The price wasn’t great. The staff were very rude when we arrived; we waited 30 minutes for help, the receptionist was insulting and threw my driver’s licence and payment card at me, telling us we might as well go elsewhere (even though we can’t get a full refund). On top of that, I was charged for two rooms when I only booked one. The room was dirty, the sheets had hair, the TV didn’t work, there was no room service, and I will never stay there again.

Only place in Lubbock with rooms left, yet I still paid too much. No towels were in the room and only one was available, so I had to buy more at a dollar store. The staff were not helpful, gave no answers, and seemed unwilling to assist. The room was shabby and dirty; the shower was glued together with shipping tape. If there had been other options in Lubbock, I would have asked for a refund. The survey asked how the breakfast was, but they forgot to serve anything in the morning.

It was available. However, a cigarette smell lingered in a no‑smoking room, the towels had burn stains, there were random stains on the bathroom floor and bath, the microwave would run when the door was closed, and the bedsheets had stains.
