The experience was spectacular.
“Price didn't reflect quality of the room.”
We received a moldy apartment. A roof leak poured into the room, contaminating the area above the bedroom and living room windows with mold. For the premium price we paid, the quality was below any standard.

Everything was perfect; the front‑desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful, the whole staff were great, and the entire property was simply top, top, top.

The hotel looks nice with spacious rooms and a good selection of boutique shops inside. However, the buggy service was slow and unreliable, the staff were unfriendly, and prices were absurd for this price range—only one beach access in Turkey is unacceptable. The lobby was constantly crowded with traffic coming and going, and there were no taxis available. Overall the organization was poor.
I was blown away by every aspect of this hotel and already have my next trip booked! The food, service, and staff all stood out. Even though we only stayed five days, we never wanted to leave. The beach looked gorgeous, and each meal was tasty. The kids club was adorable and the babysitting was great for families. The hair salon was quick and efficient. The spa was decent, but not the highlight for me, and I didn’t think it offered the best value for money. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I’d gladly come back.
