The staff were very welcoming and clear when giving me the directions I needed, the bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel had a bad smell from the reception. The room had a stale odor that hadn’t had a breeze in a while, the bathroom shower was dirty, and the walls are thin enough to hear the music from outside.

The location is perfect for congress attendees at the WTC, and the reception staff were attentive and helpful, but the room’s cleanliness, especially the bathroom between the toilet and shower, had stubborn grime.
