I liked the place, it was good.

The location is decent, but the owner is not pleasant. He demanded a 200 deposit for the remote and spoke in a rude, rowdy way that made me uncomfortable.

The room itself was just fine. However, the name you were told was wrong, the address you were given was confusing, there was no room service, no drinking water, no breakfast, no restaurant, no coffee shop, and no 24‑hour check‑out.
