The breakfast was above the usual standard for the US, and the suite felt like two bedrooms with bathrooms plus a living area—plenty of space. Cleaning happened every other day, and the area around the hotel was very quiet. The pool water was cold, and the Nextfix system wasn’t working.

The neighborhood was quiet and the staff were friendly. However, the air conditioning was very loud and the interior looked a bit outdated.

We stayed in a two‑bedroom suite that felt like an apartment: very spacious, clean, and well stocked. I liked the shower and the second bedroom’s own bathroom. The kitchen exceeded my expectations, and breakfast was included with plenty of options, including gluten‑free muffins. The staff were friendly and engaging. The courtyard was nice to relax in, and the outdoor fireplace with heaters would be great for winter. The elevator was unreliable; it didn’t arrive after several minutes, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The pool was ice cold, which was disappointing. We also heard our upstairs neighbors walking around late at night, which isn’t ideal with kids. I’d suggest booking a top‑floor room.
