The location was fine, but the service from the restaurant waitresses was terrible, and Lucia tried to overcharge me for the room. The room was dirty—I've taken photos and videos that I’ll post later. I asked for a complaints book but they didn’t give it to me, so I filmed everything. The food was disappointing, and the staff should have received better training.
