How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Parking for my SUV worked out fine, but the room felt dated with old furniture and yellowed plastic, and the key was just a metal door handle with the room number printed on paper taped to it with clear dispenser tape.

Everything was great and everything worked, but the ice machine was broken.

Everything stayed consistently nice.

I can’t find anything to like after such a bad experience: the bed was covered in feces, no staff came to let us switch rooms or clean the bed, the room stayed hot and never cooled, and no one from booking has responded to my complaint or issued the refund I asked for.

The room was clean and nice; the property is older but well maintained, and the train tracks nearby make occasional rumbling that never woke me up during the night, which is fine for a quick overnight stay. The only downside was that there was no coffee in the room, but that was acceptable.
