I was happy with the value, and the staff went above and beyond by creating a lovely Mother's Day and Father's Day card for my parents after I mentioned it in the special request comments—really appreciated their effort! The check‑in was a bit slow, and with only one elevator, getting up and down took a little extra time.

The facilities were great, but the breakfast buffet had fewer options, the bacon wasn’t cooked properly, the sausage was over‑fried and hard, and there should have been more fruit and juice choices.

Tad was a great receptionist. I just didn't know how to tip the receptionist as I am more familiar with tipping room service. Appreciate the complimentary room upgrade 😅. All the restaurant staff acted like it was servicing a 5 star resto. Great job to all
