“Fanfreakingtastic... can wait to go again!”

We were a nearly 20‑person group and everyone was taken care of perfectly; we had an absolute blast! The beds felt a bit hard and the pillows could use replacement, and there should be more towels in each room instead of having to request them daily.

“This place is great a short 10 minute walk to Whitewater amphitheater, tube and kayak rentals right next-door and walkin”

I really enjoyed this place – the room was spotless, the AC worked great, and the owners were fantastic! It’s only a 10‑minute walk to Whitewater Amphitheater, which was a big reason I chose it, and you can even run a tube right next door, walk down to the river, float around, and then cross the street to get back.
