I had a calm day, the accommodation was comfortable and easy to reach, but a dead cockroach was found in my room and the area outside the room flooded (room next to the patio).

The spot is very nice, close to everything, and the street itself is quite quiet. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfy with plenty of storage. I was a bit concerned after reading other reviews, but overall I liked it. No bugs were spotted after a thorough check. The room had no windows except two small ones in the bathroom, so more natural light would have been nice but it didn't bother me much. I used the fan a lot for circulation in the room and bathroom, which was fine. The first night I was worried about showering because there was no hot water, but the rest of the nights were fine. Water pressure could have been better. A stove or a better-equipped kitchen would have been nice, though at least there was a microwave and a fridge. Unfortunately, the large TV was useless, constantly saying no connection.

The spot is excellent, the place looks nice, the room is pretty and clean, yet the mattress was defective and they promised to replace it but never did during my entire stay.
