I found the location gorgeous—truly secluded in the middle of nature, perfect for a private retreat, and the staff was just as present. The safari hunt for a rhino was a highlight, and everything else was just fine.

We stayed in a lovely house and the hot tub added a nice touch; there was plenty of wood available, and nothing else was lacking.

The hot tub was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating, ensuring everything was worthwhile; the place was clean and beautiful, and seeing the elephants was the highlight of the day. I’ll definitely return—this is now my favorite spot.

The cottage was well stocked with utensils, and the outdoor braai and fire boma facilities were great, but the outlook was very limited because it was completely surrounded by bush. Road conditions and poor signage made it hard to find the cottage, and the isolated unit was not fully explained in the ad, so expectations weren’t met upon arrival.
