The place looked pretty. I booked it because it advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived there was none. I was told there would be some compensation, but there wasn’t.
“Lovely setting, nice breakfast. Staff not welcoming.”
The grounds were stunning, but the reception staff were neither friendly nor helpful.

The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and had fun décor; breakfast included was good and the pool was great, but the location was a downside—because it was so hot we couldn’t walk into town, and being surrounded by condos surprised me.
