The location was good, especially for wildlife and RSPB reserves, but we got many bites that turned out to be fleas or bedbugs, not midges as they claimed; the accommodation felt very dated, the bathroom light pull broke, the fan was dead, a cupboard door didn’t fit, the electric fire didn’t work and had no remote—I'll file a formal complaint.

The place is well situated, the facilities are solid, parking is easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had an issue; after years of staying in caravans, this was the best experience, we cooked all week including a full roast, and I highly recommend it.

The location was fine. However, the boiler had a fault, so we had no heating or hot water. I called the provided number and was told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up.

The place was clean, quiet, and very close to the beach. Everything was perfect.

The caravan was well equipped, with comfortable beds and sofas, a fantastic shower, and a wonderful location. However, it felt dated and clearly needed some TLC, with small pockets of mould that cleaning had missed and a bathroom extractor that wasn’t working, probably contributing to the mould.
