I loved discovering this hidden gem! The price was great for a major holiday booking, customer service was excellent, and I adore everything about it. Nothing was lacking; everything was so good! I wish I’d known about this place sooner.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that they didn't have cranberry juice available for breakfast. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, but this small oversight left a slight bitter taste.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were superb, with a high level of finishings that really impressed me. However, the bedding didn't quite live up to the same standards. What really put a damper on my stay was the frustrating check-in process for my son and daughter, who arrived before me for a funeral; despite my prior calls to arrange early check-in and payment, they encountered issues with their debit cards that I had specifically warned the hotel about.
